Robert has been in the Estimating department for 6 years now, having also spent 2 years of his ACMT tenure in Purchasing, and another year in Engineering. His day-to-day consists of responding to customer RFQ’s, working up methods and pricing information, and working closely with all of the other ACMT departments.
He grew up in Manchester, CT, and lived there for 35 years, and just recently made the move to East Hartford. He began his manufacturing career at Mohawk Wire and Cable, where he started on the shop floor running machines before making a transition to the supply chain. Robert then went on to Shelby Supply, a machine shop and manufacturing supply company, where he served as Office Manager. After 3 years at Shelby, he joined up with ACMT as an Engineer.
Robert is an avid Patriots fan, and has a wife, Krissy, whom he has been married to for 13 years. Together, they have an 11-year-old daughter, Ayla. Aside from work, he enjoys family time, working on projects around the house, and working closely with the Relay For Life and Out of the Darkness Suicide Awareness programs.
