Kathy began her aerospace career in 1979, and during the last 39 years, she has had experience in almost every process. She is currently using that experience to help in automating processes for better data analysis in the areas of planning and scheduling for ACMT. She’s also responsible for establishing all communications between ACMT and the customer, including expectations, status of orders, customer reporting, and delivery.
She also provides and develops the actual production schedules themselves, and assists in ACMT production metrics to ensure the item and process are on the right track at all times for company and customer expectations to be met. Customer satisfaction and transparency are crucial aspects of the process that Kathy strives to maintain daily.
