ACMT strictly adheres to a rigid quality system that encompasses the requirements of OEM – New Manufacture and MRO – Overhaul and Repair.
Organized to meet the highest quality standards and our customer’s specified requirements, we operate under multiple criteria:
- ACMT is registered under ISO and AS standards (for OEM) and has an audited quality system based on those standards.
- Overhaul and Repair of Commercial Gas Turbine Engine components are federally regulated by the FAA under FAR 145. ACMT adheres to these regulations through our Repair Station Manual (RSM) under Air Agency Certificate # H03R013Y.
- ACMT Certification in both FAA and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) that permit “Dual Release” on all parts inspected, repaired or overhauled.
Electronic Resource Package (ERP):
Full integration of the EPICOR ERP system ensures continuity between the initial request for quote from the customer, the part drawing revision level, delivery lead times and customer contact and quality requirements. ACMT is expanding the use of ERP to better service our customers with custom reports to give our customers better visibility to their orders and the status of their parts.
Advancements in the Visual Shop Floor Management are used to better schedule production flow and identify potential issues.
Daily Production Meetings are held in the various production cells using an electronic T1 – T2 (Tier 1 and Tier 2) visual board system. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are pulled directly from the ERP system and discussed during these meeting to ensure everyone is aware of current production status.
